This privacy policy (the “Policy”) is design to describe how and why we collect and process your personal data, your rights and our obligations in relation to such processing for Our Games and Apps (the “AlexProgs Services”/“we”/“us”/“our”) which are available through the app stores, websites, social networks and other platforms.

1.1.9 “A Cookie” – a small amount of data generated by a website and saved by your web browser to display statistics of website visits.

2. General provisions

2.1 The use of the AlexProgs Services by the User means acceptance of The Policy and  The Terms of processing of user’s personal data specified in The Policy.

2.2 The Policy is mandatory for all Users of the AlexProgs Services.

2.3 The User should discontinue the use of the AlexProgs Services, if the User does not agree with the Terms of The Policy or with any changes or additions to The Policy.

2.4 AlexProgs Services Department reserves the right to make changes to The Policy. AlexProgs Services Department recommends Users to review current versions of The Policy periodically.

2.5 AlexProgs Services Department does not verify the reliability personal data provided by the User of the AlexProgs Services.

2.6 AlexProgs Services does not intended for Users are under the age set by the national legislation as allowed to use AlexProgs Services in users’ country of residence (stay).

2.7 AlexProgs Services Department does not collect and process personal data of Users are aged under 18 without parental consent or consent of their legal representatives intentionally. Please do not provide any personal information to AlexProgs Services Department if your age is under 18. AlexProgs Services delete information according to minor children by order of their parents or legal representatives, further collection of the information relating to these minor children will be stopped.

2.8 The Users do not have to provide any personal information related to personal data (e.g. name and first name, date of birth, place of birth, home address, family status, social status, property status, education, profession, incomes, phone number, email address, etc). AlexProgs Services Department offers Users to expand their opportunities of the usage of the AlexProgs Services in the case of providing personal data to AlexProgs Services Department and get an access to additional functions (e.g. an opportunity to synchronize game process between different devices and platforms).

3. The Subject of The Policy

3.1 The Policy sets out obligations of the AlexProgs Services Department in relation to disclosure and protection of the confidentiality of personal data provided by the Users.

3.2 Information provided by the Users to the AlexProgs Services Department may include Personal and (or) Non-Personal data. Some functions and (or) functionality of the AlexProgs Services may not be available to use in the case of declining to provide some information on your behalf. AlexProgs Services Department may use information provided by Users to contact with them to improve the services quality.

3.3 User’s personal data allowed to process in the context of The Policy:

3.3.1 Full name of the User.

3.3.2 Email address of the User.

3.3.3 Information concerning User account in social networks (full name, date of birth, age, sex, avatar and the same information regarding User’s friends in social networks and identifiers of social networks).

3.4 AlexProgs Services Department collects personal data specified in paragraph 3.3 only for statistical purposes. Information specified in paragraph 3.3.3 may be use additionally by AlexProgs Services Department to attract user’s friends as new AlexProgs Services Users. AlexProgs Services Department do not use information specified above to identify certain User and do not give this information to the third parties.

3.5 AlexProgs Services Department does not collect such personal data as address, credit card information or other bank account details, passport data, driving licence data, etc. that does not specified in The Policy and not attached to usage by the AlexProgs Services.

3.6 Non-personal data is collected automatically by using specific program and technical resources. AlexProgs Services Department do not use information specified below to identify Users. AlexProgs Services Department use non-personal data only for the statistic purposes. Non-personal data help us to realize how Users use AlexProgs Services. Thus AlexProgs Services Department tries to improve AlexProgs Services and makes it more attractive to more Users.

3.6.1 Device information. AlexProgs Services Department automatically collects device information including device language, type of device, type of operating system version installed on user’s device, app version, etc. in the case of usage AlexProgs Services by the User.

3.6.2 Cookies. AlexProgs Services Department does not use Cookies to collect personal data. AlexProgs Services Department uses Cookies to collect information as regards the user’s IP address, type of operating system, type of browser, browser language, search history, advertising announcement data, user’s clicks, etc.

3.6.3 Information about the usage of the AlexProgs Services. AlexProgs Services Department automatically collects information about the users’ usage of the AlexProgs Services that includes the number and frequency of visits, date of installation of the AlexProgs Services, the date of first record, game process information, users’ system errors, game session data and levels achieved during the game session.

3.6.4 Game data collection. AlexProgs Services Department automatically collects information about the users’ interaction with AlexProgs Services and other Users of AlexProgs Services.

3.6.5 Payment details. AlexProgs Services Department collects information about payments (payments size and date) made by Users of the AlexProgs Services only for the financial and statistic purposes. AlexProgs Services Department does not use information about payments to identify any certain User and does not give this information to the third parties.

3.6.6 Whereabouts information. AlexProgs Services Department may collect information about users’ whereabouts. AlexProgs Services Department does not give this information to the third parties.

4. The usage of the collected information about the Users

4.1 AlexProgs Services Department uses information provided by the Users of the AlexProgs Services for the purposes specified above in The Policy.

4.2 AlexProgs Services Department may send Users push-notifications using own mobile apps to inform Users about the AlexProgs Services updates. Users can choose to reject these push-notifications by turning them off using appropriate settings.

4.3 AlexProgs Services Department may place advertising in the AlexProgs Services. Advertisers may collect and use some non-personal data about the AlexProgs Services Users (e.g. activity of the service session, IP address, etc.) to offer Users some advertisements. Additionally, Users may meet advertisements on the AlexProgs Services and other services. After clicking an advertisement and installation of the AlexProgs Services on your device you turn into  the AlexProgs Services User. Identifier of user’s device may be transmitted to an advertiser to calculate the number of installations.

4.4 AlexProgs Services Department may use information provided by Users for the purposes listed below:

4.4.1 creation of the game accounts;

4.4.2 permit to use AlexProgs Services;

4.4.3 identification of the Users;

4.4.4 attraction of new AlexProgs Services Users;

4.4.5 creation of the communication channels between the Users;

4.4.6 analysis of the user’s preferences to make AlexProgs Services more interesting and attractive;

4.4.7 setting feedback with the Users that includes sending and processing of the notices and requests concerning the usage of AlexProgs Services by Users;

4.4.8 provision of the effective client and technical support services if some problems appears with AlexProgs Services;

4.4.9 sending Users update information regarding the AlexProgs Services.

5. Security

5.1 AlexProgs Services Department takes appropriate measures to protect collected information against the losses, illegal actions, unauthorized access, disclosure, changing or wiping. AlexProgs Services Department does the best to ensure safety of users’ personal data in our own systems and databases. However, there are no such safety precautions which may guarantee 100% secure.

6. Storage and disclosure of the information provided by our Users

6.1 AlexProgs Services Department does not send personal data about the Users to the third parties.

6.2 AlexProgs Services Department may provide soma non-personal details, collected during the users’ usage of the AlexProgs Services, to the third parties – service suppliers working with us, due to our work or in the case of analytics purposes. 6.6 Personal data of the Users may be disclosure in response to judicial, government or other relevant devolved public bodies requests on the basis and according to procedures established by national legislation of the country where these public bodies, listed above, are located.

Personal data of the Users may be disclosure if it is necessary to protect AlexProgs Services Department’s rights, users’ rights or rights other parties which need to be covered for any fraud or other illegal actions.

6.7 User’s personal data will be deleted from AlexProgs Services at the request of this user or court or other relevant devolved public bodies decisions.

6.8 AlexProgs Services inform the User about the loss or disclosure of user’s personal data in the event of loss or disclosure of user’s personal data.

6.9 AlexProgs Services Department takes all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect user’s personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, changing, copying, spread and other illegal actions of the third parties.

6.10 If the loss or disclosure of AlexProgs Services user’s personal data are attributable to the AlexProgs Services Department’s mistake, AlexProgs Services Department in cooperation with this User takes all necessary measures to prevent damages and another negative effects caused by these information loss or disclosure.

6.11 AlexProgs Services Department does not take any responsibilities in the case of the loss or disclosure of AlexProgs Services user’s personal data, if:

6.11.1. AlexProgs Services user’s personal data have made known before its loss or disclosure;

6.11.2 AlexProgs Services user’s personal data have been disclosed with user’s agreement.

7. Storage period of the user’s personal data

7.1 Storage of the user’s personal data does not have any limitations of this term or as long as it is necessary for regulatory compliance or performance of judicial decisions.

8. Dispute resolution

8.1 Before the User is going to go to the court with a claim regarding the raising conflict between the User and the AlexProgs Services Department, the User must send a claim (mail), at first, to the AlexProgs Services Department for voluntary solution of the dispute.

8.2 The recipient of the claim notifies the claimant in written form about the results of claim consideration within 30 calendar days from the receipt of the claim.

8.3 In case of failure to achieve the consent, disputes shall be subject to resolution in judicial bodies in accordance with current legislation.

9. The Policy changes and additions

9.1 AlexProgs Services Department reserves the right, in its sole discretion, makes changes or additions to The Policy at any time and without notice of the Users. All changes and additions will be put up on https://alexprogs.com/privacy/ immediately.

9.2 New edition of The Policy becomes effective from the date of its publishing on our official website – https://alexprogs.com, unless the new edition of The Policy otherwise provides.
